A new generation of Pokémon is coming to the Nintendo Switch™ system. Begin your adventure as a Pokémon Trainer by choosing one of three new partner Pokémon: Grookey, Scorbunny, or Sobble. Then embark on a journey in the new Galar region, where you’ll challenge the troublemakers of Team Yell, while unraveling the mystery behind the Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta! Explore the Wild Area, a vast expanse of land where the player can freely control the camera. Team up with three other players locally or online in the new multiplayer co-op Max Raid Battles* in which players will face off against gigantic and super-strong Pokémon known as Dynamax Pokémon.
Certain Pokémon can even Gigantamax to gain a new look and a powerful set of G-Max moves. But there’s more to being a champion than honing your battle skills: you can pick your own clothes and get a new hairdo while visiting the stores in town, so you can be the trainer you want to be. Throughout your journey, you’ll encounter newly discovered Pokémon as well as familiar ones that will look a little different in their new Galarian forms! For another way to level up your Pokémon, assign them Poké Jobs to complete, and for fun, you can even play with your Pokémon in Pokémon Camp!

What is the condition of the video games you sell?
Most of the video games we offer are pre-owned products. However, we ensure that they are in good working condition before putting them up for sale. Each item is inspected to guarantee an optimal gaming experience.
All items sold in the store are original; no copies or reproductions are sold in-store.
The prices displayed on the website reflect the current cosmetic condition of the item. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, photos can be provided upon request.
What warranty does your store offer?
All our games, accessories, and consoles, with the exception of clearance used items, undergo rigorous testing and come with a warranty. We commit to providing a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with an item from Flip Jeux Vidéo, please contact us via email at info@flipjeuxvideo.com or through a private message on our
Facebook page to arrange an exchange or credit. It's important to note that our warranty covers the proper functioning of the items and does not extend to customer satisfaction. New products must always be sealed if you wish to obtain an exchange, credit, or refund.
Do you offer a repair service?
We currently offer a CD repair service at a cost of $2.99 per CD. No guarantee is provided regarding the proper functioning of the disc following resurfacing. Only standard discs can be repaired; Blu-ray discs cannot be repaired.
No other type of repair is offered in-store.
