How to create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
What is the condition of the video games you sell?
Most of the video games we offer are pre-owned products. However, we ensure that they are in good working condition before putting them up for sale. Each item is inspected to guarantee an optimal gaming experience.
All items sold in the store are original; no copies or reproductions are sold in-store.
The prices displayed on the website reflect the current cosmetic condition of the item. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, photos can be provided upon request.
What warranty does your store offer?
All our games, accessories, and consoles, with the exception of clearance used items, undergo rigorous testing and come with a warranty. We commit to providing a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with an item from Flip Jeux Vidéo, please contact us via email at info@flipjeuxvideo.com or through a private message on our Facebook page to arrange an exchange or credit. It's important to note that our warranty covers the proper functioning of the items and does not extend to customer satisfaction. New products must always be sealed if you wish to obtain an exchange, credit, or refund.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free for all orders of $150 or more before taxes across Canada.
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number within 24 business hours. You can track your parcel by clicking in your account.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
Do you offer a repair service?
We currently offer a CD repair service at a cost of $2.99 per CD. No guarantee is provided regarding the proper functioning of the disc following resurfacing. Only standard discs can be repaired; Blu-ray discs cannot be repaired.
No other type of repair is offered in-store.
