Games & consoles Wii U

A used Wii U trades according to its model, 8 GB or 32 GB, its overall condition and, above all, whether the GamePad and its charging accessories are present. A complete console is worth noticeably more than a console on its own. At Flip Jeux Vidéo, every Wii U is tested and assessed according to its condition, and the listed price reflects that.

Yes. The Wii U is backward compatible with Wii games on disc and also supports the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, which several of those titles require. That is one of the console's great advantages: it gives you access to two catalogues at once. We keep games and controllers from both generations in inventory.

No. Unlike the early Wii models, the Wii U has neither a drive compatible with GameCube discs nor ports for GameCube controllers and memory cards. To play your original GameCube games, you need a GameCube console or a first-generation Wii, two options you will find at Flip Jeux Vidéo.

Because the Wii U had a short commercial life, several of its games were produced in small quantities and are hard to find today, particularly limited editions and late-life titles. Their value depends a great deal on their condition: complete, with box and manual. Our team can evaluate your collection free of charge.

Yes, in practice. The GamePad is required to set up the console and several games rely directly on its second screen. A Wii U sold without a GamePad is therefore hard to use, which explains the large price gap with a complete console. Always check that the GamePad and its charger are included.
