Warranty Conditions and Return Policy

Warranty Repairs

Requests for warranty repairs are subject to prior inspection. If the item is deemed defective, it will be exchanged for a similar item of equivalent value. If the item is no longer available, a credit of the same amount will be provided for the purchase of another product. Please note that NO refunds will be issued. Any excessive wear, misuse, shipping-related damage, or other circumstances beyond our control will automatically void the warranty.

New and Unused Items

For refund requests on new and unused items, please contact us in advance. Credit requests will be denied if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging. A full credit will be issued provided that the returned merchandise meets the requirements of our warranty policy. Please note that shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item from flipjeuxvideo.com, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. Our team will handle the repair or replacement of the defective item at no additional cost, in accordance with our 30-day warranty.
