What is the condition of the video games you sell?

Most of the video games we offer are pre-owned products. However, we ensure that they are in good working condition before putting them up for sale. Each item is inspected to guarantee an optimal gaming experience.

All items sold in the store are original; no copies or reproductions are sold in-store.

The prices displayed on the website reflect the current cosmetic condition of the item. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, photos can be provided upon request.
What warranty does your store offer?

All our games, accessories, and consoles, with the exception of clearance used items, undergo rigorous testing and come with a warranty. We commit to providing a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with an item from Flip Jeux Vidéo, please contact us via email at info@flipjeuxvideo.com or through a private message on our 

Facebook page to arrange an exchange or credit. It's important to note that our warranty covers the proper functioning of the items and does not extend to customer satisfaction. New products must always be sealed if you wish to obtain an exchange, credit, or refund.
Do you offer a repair service?

We currently offer a CD repair service at a cost of $2.99 per CD. No guarantee is provided regarding the proper functioning of the disc following resurfacing. Only standard discs can be repaired; Blu-ray discs cannot be repaired.

No other type of repair is offered in-store.

What’s the difference between the Xbox Series X and Series S?

The Series X is the more powerful of the two. It features a 4K Blu-ray disc drive, allowing you to play physical games and watch movies in ultra-high quality. It’s designed to deliver a full 4K experience, with top performance thanks to its more powerful processor. It also includes 1TB of SSD storage, giving you plenty of space for games without needing to add an external drive right away. On the downside, it’s larger and more expensive.

The Series S, on the other hand, is a more compact and affordable version. It doesn’t have a disc drive, so all games must be purchased digitally. It targets a resolution of 1440p (with upscaling to 4K) and includes 512GB of SSD storage. It’s still very capable and ideal for gamers who want to enjoy the next-gen experience without breaking the bank.

However, there are Xbox 360 games that are compatible with newer consoles (Xbox One and Series X/S), but only as part of Microsoft’s backward compatibility program.
