The Silent Hill HD Collection was in development for more than two years. The development team had to work with incomplete source code provided by Konami, as the published source code had not been archived; as a result they had to fix technical issues both arising from porting the two games and those that the original development team had previously dealt with. An arrangement was eventually reached between the original voice actors of Silent Hill 2 and Konami to allow for an option to have the original voice acting present in Silent Hill 2's port; the port of Silent Hill 3 does not have that option. Critics were divided over the Silent HD Collection, particularly in regards to its updated graphics and voice acting. Some enjoyed it as an updated presentation of two favorably regarded games, while others criticized the quality of the compilation, citing the technical issues.

What is the condition of the video games you sell?
Most of the video games we offer are pre-owned products. However, we ensure that they are in good working condition before putting them up for sale. Each item is inspected to guarantee an optimal gaming experience.
All items sold in the store are original; no copies or reproductions are sold in-store.
The prices displayed on the website reflect the current cosmetic condition of the item. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, photos can be provided upon request.
What warranty does your store offer?
All our games, accessories, and consoles, with the exception of clearance used items, undergo rigorous testing and come with a warranty. We commit to providing a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase. Facebook page to arrange an exchange or credit. It's important to note that our warranty covers the proper functioning of the items and does not extend to customer satisfaction. New products must always be sealed if you wish to obtain an exchange, credit, or refund.
Do you offer a repair service?
We currently offer a CD repair service at a cost of $2.99 per CD. No guarantee is provided regarding the proper functioning of the disc following resurfacing. Only standard discs can be repaired; Blu-ray discs cannot be repaired.
No other type of repair is offered in-store.
